As a continuous improvement organization, Cognia is committed to examining and evaluating our services to ensure we are serving leaders and learners as effectively as possible. For this reason, Cognia contracted with Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Research and Reform in Education (CRRE) to conduct a third-party evaluation of our Diagnostic Review process. This research aimed to uncover the degree to which Diagnostic Reviews were effective in driving school improvement, identify the most valuable parts of the process, and suggest potential improvements.
